Kevin Wells has over 17 years of experience in real estate. Wells has represented buyers and sellers in 100’s of transactions throughout the western United States in both primary residence and investment property sales. He has a substantial real estate investment company and portfolio. Wells states, “I believe that the real estate market is poised for a strong rebound. We have already taken advantage of the outstanding opportunities out there for our investment clients. As a youngster, Wells’ family traveled to California during summers from their Colorado home. He knew he would make his life in San Diego someday. After graduating high school, Wells signed with San Diego State University on a football scholarship as an Economics major. He played Center for the Aztecs where was named a two-time All-American and team captain. Wells was starting center for the 1986 Holiday Bowl Championship game. After graduation, Kevin signed with the Denver Broncos where he played until shoulder injuries ended his football career.

Wells lives in Encinitas with his wife, Marilyn and three children. His commitment to San Diego is apparent. He and his children have volunteered for the San Diego Meals-On-Wheels program for the past 10 years. He is President of the San Diego State Aztec Football Legacy Board of Directors, a chapter of SDSU’s Alumni Association.  Wells coaches football at La Costa Canyon High School where he also serves on the school’s Foundation Board of Directors.
